Care

• Do not store your leather bag in plastic bags or boxes.

• Leather needs to breathe, so store your bag when not in use in the cloth bag it came in or cover it with cotton fabric when you are not using it.

• Gently filling the bag interior with non-printed white tissue paper (not newspaper or colored paper!) will help it keep its shape.

• Clean with a soft, barely damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning materials or solvents. Use of any unsuitable products will cause damage.

• Treated Leather is subject to natural changes and stretches making your bag unique and one of a kind!

• Keep your leather bag away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

• Allow wet leather bags to dry slowly and naturally in an airy non-sunny location. If the bag is very wet, fill with non-printed tissue while drying to help maintain its shape.

• Do not over stuff if you wish it to keep its original shape for as long as possible.

• Our handbags are Made in Italy and are handmade by artisans using the highest quality Italian leather. Treat your leather handbag with appropriate care and it will last for years to come.

• Due to various minor improvements made to the construction of the product, digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color and construction you see on your screen as an exact replica of the product.

• We strive to show our products as accurately as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

• For best results, view this page with your color depth set to 16-bit (thousands of colors) or higher.

Shipping

• You place an order online, then we process it.

• Your package will ship out from our warehouse in 1-3 business days.

• Your order will arrive within 4-7 business days, with our free shipping option, depending on your location.

• We also offer expedited shipping options at check-out if you need your order quicker.

• Currently, we are only accepting domestic orders. We are actively working with our international partners to expand. Check back soon!

• You will receive an email confirmation once your item is placed.

• As soon as your item ships, you will receive your tracking number so you can check the status and see when it will arrive.

• We use UPS, FEDEX, USPS and DHL to ship all orders.

• If you need to make a change to your address, please contact customer service at contact@shopbettabag.com before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.

• We process orders quickly. However we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order.

• The best way to change your order is to email us at contact@shopbettabag.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

• To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@shopbettabag.com as soon as possible.

• Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly so we can't guarantee the cancellation, but we'll do our best.

Return/ Exchanges

• For full-price merchandise shipped within the USA, we offer easy returns and full refunds within 14 days of purchase delivery.

• Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

• Product returned must be in the exact same condition as they were received.

• We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags, straps or packaging.

• If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.

• Please note we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage to us.

• To begin a return, please email returns@shopbettabag.com with your 1) Order Number and 2) Reason for Return.

• Once your return has been delivered to our returns center, it can take up to 14 business days for it to be processed and for your refund to be issued. The refund will go to the payment method used when originally placing the order

• Please note we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage to us.

• To begin an exchange, please email returns@shopbettabag.com with your 1) order number 2) reason for exchange and 3) choice of exchange.You will be responsible for exchanged item shipping.

• All sale items, site-wide promotions (including Black Friday Cyber Monday & Christmas Holiday Sale) and personalized items are final sale.
